The benefit is that we will know your business – the good, the bad, and the ever-growing list of open items. This insight is key to us providing you effective counsel. Most high-growth companies leverage attorneys on a one-off or transactional basis – fix this problem, review this document, consult on this issue. This type of counsel is reactive and siloed. By contrast, SCALE provides a platform for ongoing legal support that aims to help businesses anticipate issues, minimize risk, and make informed decisions.

We provide you a scheduling link to access our calendar and schedule video or phone appointments at your convenience. Up to 3 hours per month. We can also have standing, periodic calls to touch base, talk through open projects, and provide you a sounding board for both business and legal matters.

You’re on our roster! Don’t have the time to deal with some BS? “Talk to my attorney” is now the response. We offer Carbon CounselTM , which allows you to copy the firm on emails to third parties. In addition, we will serve as your Registered Agent with the State of Florida for your company(ies).
