Olivia focuses on business litigation and commercial disputes, bringing strong litigation experience and a practical understanding of business law to Florida businesses.

Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she tailored her coursework toward business law, including bankruptcy, corporations, corporate law and finance, and tax, to earn her Business Law Certificate. She won the Pro Bono Award for completing over 100 pro bono hours. While in law school, she was awarded the Cali Book of Excellence Award in Contracts and worked as a teaching assistant for Business Risk Management. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, with minors in Business Administration and Journalism, giving her a well-rounded foundation in law, business, and communication.

Before becoming an attorney, Olivia worked as a legal secretary at the Office of the Public Defender in Miami, experience that helped prepare her for law school and gave her a better understanding of the legal system from an administrative standpoint. She also gained valuable litigation experience through multiple clerkships, including with the Florida Attorney General Office’s Consumer Protection Division.
