Jeffrey Pomeranz is the founder and principal of Pomeranz Law PLLC. He advises growth companies, startups, and business owners on corporate, commercial, and transactional legal matters.

Before founding the firm, he spent more than a decade in in-house and executive legal roles in the mortgage and financial services industries.

He began in-house at Mainline Information Systems, then joined Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. as Counsel, Transactions, based in the company’s C-suite in Luxembourg City. In 2017 he became Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance and General Counsel of Mortgage Connect, LP, where he oversaw regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management.

That transactional, regulatory, and compliance experience now shapes how he advises clients across a range of industries on corporate transactions, contracts, and general business counsel. Under his leadership, Pomeranz Law has been recognized as a 5x FSU Seminole 100 honoree, a distinction awarded to the fastest growing businesses led by Florida State University alumni. He was also named to The Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyers 2026 list.
