Elisabell Laura Velázquez is an attorney admitted to practice law in Florida. She advises and represents clients in a variety of business law matters, including intellectual property, commercial litigation, contract disputes, corporate governance, and general business counseling.

 

Elisabell received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she was named on the Dean’s List and distinguished herself academically and professionally. She was a member of the Stetson Law Dispute Resolution Board, Senior Editor for Stetson Journal of Advocacy and the Law, and Articles Editor for Stetson Journal of Aging Law & Policy. She also served as a teaching assistant and research assistant. Elisabell gained valuable practical experience through a Federal Judicial Externship with Magistrate Judge Wilson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and legal internships with the United States Attorney’s Office and the United States Department of Justice.

 

Prior to attending law school, Elisabell graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Certificate in Sport Management. 

 

Outside of her practice, Elisabell enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
