Jeffrey Pomeranz, Esq.

Jeffrey Pomeranz is the founder and principal of Pomeranz Law PLLC. He advises growth companies, startups, and business owners on corporate, commercial, and transactional legal matters. Before founding the firm, he spent more than a decade in in-house and executive legal roles in the mortgage and financial services industries.

Career Background

Jeffrey began his legal career as an in-house attorney at Mainline Information Systems, Inc., where he handled legal matters for the technology company.

In 2013, he joined Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (NASDAQ: ASPS) as Counsel, Transactions. He was based in the company’s C-suite in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, where he worked on transactional matters for the publicly traded, multinational company, which operated across the mortgage and real estate services industries.

In 2017, Jeffrey became Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance and General Counsel of Mortgage Connect, LP. In that role, he oversaw the company’s legal and compliance functions, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management for the mortgage services provider.

Jeffrey later founded Pomeranz Law PLLC, where he now represents clients across a range of industries on business and commercial legal matters. His practice draws on the transactional, regulatory, and compliance experience he gained in-house and in executive roles, including work on corporate transactions, contracts, and general business counsel. Under his leadership, Pomeranz Law has been recognized as a 5x FSU Seminole 100 honoree, a distinction awarded to the fastest growing businesses led by Florida State University alumni. He was also named to The Boca Raton Observer Top Lawyers 2026 list.
